Great Ocean Road

While shooting Journeywe spent a week down at Great Ocean Road, filming a few key scenes. It was great to be back in the region of Australia that I haven’t seen since childhood. Which, to be honest, is hard to believe. It’s an awe-inspiring place.

We rolled into Port Campbell at sunset. Walking to the local pub (the only place open for dinner), I saw this service station (again, the only one in town).

The next morning was a cold, early start at the Twelve Apostles. Some of the Hong Kong crew found the wind a little hard-going.

And then onwards, along the coast. Through Appolo Bay, and back to Melbourne.

The Hardings

Even though I usually have my camera at weddings, there’s typically no point posting many photos. Professionals do it far better… Occasionally, however, I see some that I really enjoy. Like these, of the Harding family.

It’s Been Quiet For a While…

…that’s because I’ve been in Melbourne, working with a Hong Kong crew on shooting their film here in Australia. Here they are, huddling in the wind atop Great Ocean Road.

Long hours. Three weddings. Fun people. And no laptop. So now that I’m back, expect to see more.
